When you see
a piece you like in our main catalog, click the thumbnail to go to the detail page.
This page will give you more information about the piece, as
well as some larger images. Most of our pieces come in different gemstones and
pearl colors, and if so these are listed on the page as well.
When you are ready to make your purchase, either click the link to go
to the paper order form for check or money order purchases,
or select the piece and quantity you want from the
dropdowns and click "Add to Bag" to add the piece to
the online shopping cart to pay with a credit/debit card
or via PayPal. One important note: when choosing necklaces or bracelets,
please check the listed size to make sure
that the length is right for you.

For fastest service
via check we recommend certified funds in the form
of a cashier's check or money order. If you send a personal
check with your order, it should include your name, address,
and daytime telephone number. We will confirm this information
with your bank. |

Delivery
|

Saori C. Jewelry Designs takes pride in handcrafting
each piece to order for our clients. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of
payment (for credit card, debit card, PayPal, money orders or cashier's checks) or fund verification (for
personal checks) for your order to be shipped. We will notify you by
email with the piece's estimated shipping date upon receipt of
payment, and again with the UPS tracking number when your piece
has been shipped. |

US Domestic
Shipments

Domestic shipments to the continental United States are sent via UPS
Ground (5 to 10 business days) and are insured for the value of the piece.
For shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii, see below. Faster shipping (UPS
2Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) is available
upon request for an extra
charge. |

|
Domestic UPS Ground shipping charges include
postage, handling, packing fee, and insurance
for the cost of the shipment. UPS Ground is not available for
delivery to Alaska and Hawaii; please send mail to

Custom Orders

Many of our designs can be customized to your tastes. If
you are interested in a design in a different metal or with different
stones, please fill out the custom order form for
earrings
or for
necklaces. We will get a price
quote back to you as soon as we can. Please feel free to email us at

with your ideas or questions as well. |

Special and custom orders usually ship within 3 to
5 weeks, although this may vary depending on the piece, the quantity
ordered, and the time of year. Upon receipt of your order, we will
notify you as to the estimated ship date.

Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated,
for an extra charge;

with details of your order and when you need it by and we will let you
know if it's feasible. |

Our Packaging
|
|
All pieces come with a list of the
materials used in their construction and a guide to caring for the piece.
Silver pieces come in a black drawstring pouch with the Saori C. Jewelry
Designs logo on the front and a
gift box made from 100 percent recycled paper. Gold pieces come in velvet cases with our logo on the
inside. |

Our Guarantee

Every one of our pieces is skillfully crafted and is
carefully inspected for defects before shipment. However, in the unlikely event of
damage resulting from a manufacturing defect we will be glad to repair or
replace your piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine
the cause of damage. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage
due to abuse or to normal wear and tear. |

If through normal usage or accident your piece becomes
damaged, we will happily repair it. Please contact us with a description of
the piece and the damage for an estimate. |

Looking for a gift for that special someone? Saori C. Jewelry Designs gift certificates are
available in increments of $50. Please write "Gift Certificate"
in the Description field on the paper order form,
(please use #9999 for the item number) and write your desired
denomination in the Unit Price field. Sorry, but gift certificates may
not be purchased with PayPal. |
