order process
When you see a piece you like in our online gallery, click the thumbnail to go to the detail page. This page will give you more information about the piece, as well as some larger images. Most of our pieces come in different gemstones and pearl colors, and if so these are listed on the page as well. When you are ready to make your purchase, select the pearl/stone options and the quantity you would like and click "Add to Cart" to add the piece to the online shopping cart. When you are done shopping, click "Checkout" from your shopping cart to be taken through the purchasing process.
One important note: when choosing necklaces or bracelets, please check the listed size to make sure that the length is right for you. Longer or shorter versions of almost all designs can be made; please email info@saoric.com with questions.

Saori C. Jewelry Designs takes all major credit/debit cards and PayPal via our secure online checkout.
delivery
Saori C. Jewelry Designs takes pride in handcrafting each piece to order for our clients. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment for your order to be shipped. We will notify you by email with the piece's estimated shipping date upon receipt of payment, and again with the tracking number when your piece has been shipped.
u.s. domestic shipments
Domestic shipments to the United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 buisiness days) and are insured for the value of the piece.
All domestic orders over $250.00 receive free shipping; for orders below $250.00 our standard shipping is a flat rate of $25.00.
Domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping charges include postage, handling, packing fee, and insurance for the cost of the shipment. Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge, please send mail to info@saoric.com for more information.
international shipments
special and custom orders
Please contact info@saoric.com for an international shipping quote before placing your order. All international shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service. Please note: The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, VAT, or any other hidden charges required to ship to your country. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Many of our designs can be customized to your tastes. If you are interested in a design in a different metal or with different stones, please email us at info@saoric.com with any ideas or questions you may have. We will get a price quote back to you as soon as we can.
Special and custom orders usually ship within 3 to 5 weeks, although this may vary depending on the piece, the quantity ordered, and the time of year. Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you as to the estimated ship date.
rush orders
Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated, for an extra charge; before placing your order please email info@saoric.com with details of your order and when you need it by and we will let you know if it's feasible.
our packaging
All pieces come with a list of the materials used in their construction and a guide to caring for the piece. Silver pieces come in a black drawstring pouch with the Saori C. Jewelry Designs logo on the front and a gift box made from 100 percent recycled paper. Gold pieces come in velvet cases with our logo on the inside.
our guarantee
Every one of our pieces is skillfully crafted and is carefully inspected for defects before shipment. However, in the unlikely event of damage resulting from a manufacturing defect we will be glad to repair or replace your piece free of charge. We reserve the right to examine the piece to determine the cause of damage. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.
repairs
If through normal usage or accident your piece becomes damaged, we will happily repair it. Please contact us with a description of the piece and the damage for an estimate.
Although we hope that you will love your jewelry, we will happily exchange your piece for another (one time only) or for store credit within 14 days of the date of shipment.
If you decide to return your jewelry, please return the piece in its original unworn condition to us via prepaid insured mail, and please send an email to info@saoric.com ahead of time with the piece information, the expected arrival date, and whether you would like a different piece or store credit. Please pack the piece well and include your original receipt.
Since every piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to order for each of our clients, we regret that we cannot offer cash refunds. Also, sales on special and custom orders are final.
